One-to-one consultations sessions are specifically tailored to you as an athlete to give you the most appropriate psychological support in order to get the mental edge and perform at your best using up to date, evidence-based academic literature. Struggling with nerves? Not hitting that PB? Motivation lacking? Following an intake interview(s), we will work closely together to create a specific program focused on your individual goals, to help you develop holistically in both your sport and general life.
We work with athletes, coaches and parents in 1:1 or squad sessions, as well as anyone looking to perform to their best, whether that be the performing arts or working within a business.
